Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using AssetLedger. If you use the service, you agree to them.

1. Using AssetLedger

By creating an account or using AssetLedger, you agree to use the service only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate another person, share access in unauthorized ways, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

3. Financial information

AssetLedger is an information and tracking tool. It is not a bank, broker, custodian, accountant, or investment adviser. Nothing in the product should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will try to avoid surprise breakage, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect uptime.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it at abusive levels, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use AssetLedger in ways that could harm other users or the platform.

6. Termination

You may stop using AssetLedger at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or the service is being used in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful manner.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

AssetLedger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
